Parque de Eposições Sebastial Alves do Nascimento (Binga)
É um dos maiores e mais modernos parques do Brasil. Localização privilegiada e acesso fácil por largas avenidas, tem uma área de 170.000 m² e infraestrutura invejável. Aqui se realiza diversos eventos em todo o ano dando ênfase para nossa festa maior, Fenamilho, a maior de Minas Gerais.
O Parque de Exposições tem uma grande relação com a fenamilho, porque foi, através dela, que se permitiu a construção e expansão. Foram muitos anos de trabalho incansável de homens abnegados que arregaçaram as mangas e deram a sua contribuição. Costumam dizer que a diretoria é a locomotiva da Festa. Termina uma festa e já se começa a preparar a outra.
Em 1965, a Associação Rural transformou-se em Sindicato Rural de Patos de Minas, e em 1999 mudou a sigla para Sindicato dos Produtores Rurais. Com a mudança da Associação para Sindicato, a entidade já estava madura e precisava de uma sede à altura, para atender melhor os produtores e criar-se uma infra-estrutura adequada para a realização da Festa do Milho, que já começa a atrair muitos visitantes, o que significa bom volume de negócios, também. Desta data até hoje, já houve a ampliação da área física do parque, atualmente com 13 hectares. O primeiro barracão foi construído pelo Presidente Octacílio Peluzzo, que inaugurou o Parque em 1967. Os Presidentes do Sindicato sempre foram homens dinâmicos que, ano a ano, foram construindo, ampliando e modernizando o Parque. Hoje, podemos dizer que é um dos mais bem equipados Parques de Exposições Agropecuárias de Minas Gerais e até do Brasil”.
